Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and in the condition you received it.
- in its original packaging

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Returns except in exceptional cases of very damaged products are the responsibility of the buyer.

Protectors and other merchandise such as soda holders are non-returnable.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for a reason not due to our error. *
-Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Order cancellation

Except in exceptional cases, an order cancellation request will be accepted and reimbursed in a reusable voucher on the website or in store directly.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a private message to let you know that we have received the returned item.

We will also let you know if your refund is approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will then be processed and the dispute will be finalized and refunded.

If your package is late and not delivered on time, we cannot refund it before it returns to our store.

Used Products Refunds

Used products sold damaged are only reimbursed with a purchase voucher valid on the website.

Trades

We only replace items that were originally defective or damaged.

To return your product, you must send us a message by mail to the following address Contact@PopCollector.fr explaining the problem with supporting photo.

The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment.

We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Order Not Retrieved From Relay

We ship your package as quickly as possible, it is also your responsibility to pick up your package as soon as possible at the relay point closest to you.

The shipping costs associated with sending your order are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

It will therefore be necessary to wait for the receipt of the return package for the refund to be launched.

NFT

Since NFTs are digital and non-exchangeable products, we cannot take back an NFT or cancel an order.
NFTs are unique and cannot give the right to a refund because they are personalized for the customer.

Please note that the NFTs sold all give the right to an Orderable Physical Pop on the site of your Wallet Droppp.io on the day of "redemption".

Under no circumstances, Pop Collector can be held responsible for your forgetting redemption on D-Day.

Also note that no refund on NFT is possible once the purchase, however on rare occasions, a refund in voucher can be made.
